People will make obvious references to the '70s here, but I think Julie Bowen looked modern, playful and chic in this Malandrino jumpsuit at the SAG Awards last night. My look of the night!

2010 Golden Globe Awards, Carolina Herrera
I am obsessed with Sofia Vergara! Is there anyone more knockout gorgeous and lovable in Hollywood? She knows what looks fabulous on her on the red carpet and chooses spot-on gorgeous, straightforward sexy glamour - and clearly works the hell out of it every time.

I approached dressing like an extra preparing for a shot in a French New Wave film. I had a few looks, such as a striped boatneck shirt and a red throat scarf like Yves Montand in Wages of Fear, a Left Bank beat look with green tights and red ballet slippers, or my take on Audrey Hepburn in Funny Face, with her long black sweater, black tights, white socks, and black Capezios. Whatever the scenario, I usually needed about ten minutes to get ready.Robert approached dressing like living art. He would roll a small joint, have a smoke, and look at his few pieces of clothing while contemplating his accessories. He saved pot for socializing, which made him less nervous but abstracted his sense of time. Waiting as Robert decided on the right number of keys to hang on his belt loop was humorously maddening....Finally the moment would arrive to tackle the Shakespearean question: should he or should he not wear three necklaces?-Patti Smith, Just Kids(required reading)
After hearing her song "Pretty Babies" in the official video for Tom Ford's first women's collection, I downloaded Karen Elson's album The Ghost Who Walks, and I cannot stop listening! As Emmanuelle said, "She's the new Charlotte..." (and if you have to ask what that means...). I especially love the song "The Last Laugh." It is so sweet.

Mssr. Armani presented a very futuristic collection for Armani Privé Couture yesterday in Paris. I'm loving the techno-fabulous fabrics and the way they walk. Sometimes Olivier's frontrow view gives a better idea of the creations than the typical Style.com shots.

New York Yankees superstar Alex Rodriguez and his girlfriend, true blue movie star Cameron Diaz, jetted to London after a trip to Miami during which they dined with President Bill Clinton. This is the real A-list, ladies and gentleman, and I love it.

Cathy found it kind of boring, but I would die for some of these luxe looks! A chunky belted cardigan, that leather fur jacket, some rich cords, a prairie-chic suit. Strikes me as exactly what Louis should be delivering.

Michelle Obama is wearing a red Alexander McQueen gown to tonight's White House State Dinner in honor of Chinese President Hu Jintao's visit to Washington.
The night's most surprising guest, perhaps? Ms. Anna Wintour! She is wearing, of course, Chanel, and said she was excited to ask Mr. Hu if he planned to invest in Chinese fashion.
Ms. Wintour has said recently that she wished China would be the next place to have its own version of the CFDA.

My girl Lindsay Lohan is out of jail, out of Betty Ford, and looking happy and healthy back in the comforts of a celebrity lifestyle in Los Angeles. She was recently given a limited edition Range Rover Onyx, watched court side as her hometown Knicks played the Lakers with Spike Lee, and purchased a new home in Venice Beach. Unbeknownst to her, the house next door belongs to ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson. Here's to new beginnings!
